Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of corporate sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the institute’s corporate client base in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns tailored to corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to drive long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards to maintain data accuracy and transparency.
- Represent the institute at industry events, networking functions, and corporate meetings to promote our educational programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate or educational sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level executives.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive and motivational attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
