Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and offering Shariah-compliant banking solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the bank’s corporate portfolio in Bali and beyond.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, treasury) to structure and execute financing solutions, including Murabahah, Ijarah, and Wakalah.
- Ensure compliance with Bank Islam’s policies, Shariah principles, and regulatory requirements (OJK, BI).
- Prepare and present credit proposals, financial analyses, and risk assessments for corporate clients.
- Monitor portfolio performance, proactively manage credit risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and competitive landscape in corporate banking.
- Represent Bank Islam at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields. A Master’s or Islamic Finance certification (e.g., CIBAFI, AAOIFI) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or business development, preferably in Islamic banking.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate clients, with a focus on large enterprises or multinational corporations.
- Strong understanding of Shariah-compliant financial products and corporate banking services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
