As our Corporate Nurse, you will be the first point of contact for medical concerns, delivering immediate care, conducting health assessments, and implementing preventive health programs. Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health screenings, assessments, and wellness checks for employees.
- Develop and implement occupational health programs to prevent workplace-related illnesses and injuries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Educate employees on health and safety best practices, including hygiene, ergonomics, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor and report on workplace health trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid nursing license in the Philippines or Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and workplace safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain composure and make quick, effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and familiar with health compliance regulations.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to the needs of a dynamic workplace.
