Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a clinic setting, including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Administer medications, injections, and other medical procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and treatment progress accurately.
- Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in emergency situations by providing first aid and stabilizing patients until further medical help arrives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (EN/SN or equivalent).
- Valid nursing license or registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience (fresh graduates with training potential are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures, patient care, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety and confidentiality.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and adapt to new protocols.
