Responsibility
- Engage with prospective leads to understand their career goals and suggest relevant training pathways.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry handling to enrollment conversion.
- Provide exceptional consultative support to individual and corporate clients regarding course curriculum and funding options.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets through proactive outreach and professional follow-ups.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service standards and sales processes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or retail environments.
- A genuine interest in moving into a sales-focused, results-oriented role within the Education/EdTech sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working towards performance-based targets.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable adapting to new digital tools and CRM platforms.
- A diploma or degree in any discipline is preferred, though a hunger for growth is more critical.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident status preferred.
