Responsibility
- Operate and maintain a company-provided automatic SUV in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
- Transport executives, employees, and clients to/from meetings, airports, hotels, and other designated locations.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.
- Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, inspections, and coordinating maintenance as needed.
- Assist passengers with luggage, documents, and other personal items while upholding confidentiality and discretion.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs for reimbursement and reporting purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a courteous, professional, and proactive approach.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver’s license (preferably with a clean driving record).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate or executive driver, preferably in a multinational or high-profile environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or Tagalog is a plus.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, or early mornings as required.
- Neat, professional appearance and a customer-first mindset.
