Responsibility
- Provide safe and reliable transportation services to clients across various locations in Bali.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
- Follow traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist clients with luggage and other belongings as needed.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including distances traveled, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate schedules and routes.
- Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 55 years.
- Possess a valid SIM B1 Umum (Indonesian driver's license).
- Minimum education level of SMP (Junior High School).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with the roads and routes in Bali, particularly in the target locations.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
