Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and acquire high-value corporate clients in the freight forwarding and logistics sector, focusing on large-scale accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing, retail, and import/export industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized logistics solutions (air, sea, land) tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize conversion rates.
- Represent Linc Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales, logistics, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs clearance, and incoterms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Existing network of contacts in the manufacturing, retail, or trade industries is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
