Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of couriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
- Develop and implement efficient delivery routes to optimize operational costs and service quality.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new courier staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in courier services, logistics, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s geography, especially Badung, Canggu, Ubud, and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with logistics software, GPS tracking, and route optimization tools is a plus.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or C) and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in logistics or business management is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a bonus.
