Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Create engaging content for press releases, newsletters, social media, and internal communications.
- Manage media relations, including drafting press statements, coordinating interviews, and responding to inquiries.
- Organize and oversee corporate events, press conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company, representing our values and mission in public forums.
- Maintain and update corporate communication materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in media relations, crisis communications, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, is a plus.
