Responsibility
- Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and media outlets, ensuring consistent and positive coverage.
- Draft and distribute press releases, speeches, and corporate statements aligned with company values and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and public sentiment to proactively address potential reputational risks.
- Organize and manage corporate events, including press conferences, investor meetings, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging across marketing, PR, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on corporate affairs activities and outcomes.
- Maintain and update corporate documentation, including annual reports and sustainability disclosures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate affairs, public relations, or communications, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of managing media relations and crisis communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms for corporate branding.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform communication strategies.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
