Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content (blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics) that aligns with brand voice and business objectives.
  • Manage influencer and creator partnerships, from identification and outreach to campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign impact.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize content and campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep Zarada Indonesia ahead of the curve.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting brand events, both virtual and in-person, to strengthen community engagement and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging content across multiple formats (written, visual, video).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  • Passion for digital trends, social media, and influencer marketing.
