Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor Senior and Junior Acquisition Managers to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute data-driven acquisition strategies to penetrate new corporate markets in Bali and beyond.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert high-value corporate prospects into long-term clients through consultative selling.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates, adjusting tactics to optimize results.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align acquisition efforts with company goals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead end-to-end negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on acquisition performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within corporate acquisition or business development.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in healthcare, insurance, or SaaS sales is a strong advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to inspire, train, and retain top-performing sales teams.
- Results-Driven: Track record of exceeding quarterly and annual acquisition targets.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent English (written and verbal) with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis to inform strategy.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
