Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Process payroll, tax filings, and statutory reporting in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports and insights for senior management as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate accounting, preferably in a multinational or fund management environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations in the Philippines/Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced remote work setting.
- Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany transactions.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
