Responsibility
- Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and financial statements.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions, including invoicing and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and auditing requirements.
- Assist in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and HR record-keeping.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for new and departing staff.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in HR or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, labor regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
