Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, government reports, and regulatory submissions.
- Manage general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
- Monitor and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide financial support to various departments, including budget reviews and cost analysis.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and tax laws to ensure company compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Experience in tax compliance and regulatory reporting is highly desirable.
