Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the financial operations of multiple hospitality and F&B brands across Bali.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to drive profitability and growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance across all locations.
- Collaborate with brand managers to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Partner with senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and expansion strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within hospitality or F&B.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
