Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in accordance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain data integrity.
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support strategic business planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee benefits.
- Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus but not required.
