Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation and vendor selection.
- Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, documentation, and databases.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements in purchasing operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for contract-related exposures.
- Provide administrative support for tender processes, including bid evaluations and vendor onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and procurement best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and contract management software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement tools is a plus.
