Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to final candidate onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various client-specific requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality talent through proactive networking and social media sourcing.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Provide regular reporting and status updates to stakeholders regarding hiring progress and market trends.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline the selection process.
- Manage candidate expectations and maintain a high level of engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing job boards (JobStreet, LinkedIn) and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Highly organized with a meticulous approach to data entry and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the local Philippine labor market and employment standards.
