Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax documentation to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Maintain and update financial records, both digital and physical, in an organized manner.
- Generate financial reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Monitor contract deadlines and renewal dates to ensure timely actions.
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Management Group as needed.
- Assist in audits by preparing required documents and data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
