Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax documentation to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Maintain and update financial records, both digital and physical, in an organized manner.
  • Generate financial reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Monitor contract deadlines and renewal dates to ensure timely actions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Contract Management Group as needed.
  • Assist in audits by preparing required documents and data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
