Responsibility

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical records to ensure seamless information retrieval.
  • Organize, file, and manage office documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy accessibility for authorized personnel.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent items for timely processing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and manage office inventory, including stationery, supplies, and equipment, and coordinate restocking as needed.

Qualifications
