Responsibility
- Provide technical support for equipment, systems, and processes to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce failures.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to identify improvement opportunities in workflows and processes.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring problems and propose sustainable fixes.
- Support the deployment of new technologies, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor KPIs related to equipment efficiency, reliability, and safety, and report findings to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar engineering or technical support role, preferably in manufacturing or technology sectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, CAD software, and maintenance management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
