Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for electrical and construction projects.
- Manage tender processes, including bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
- Monitor project expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve contractual disputes and variations.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, change orders, and financial transactions.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in quantity surveying.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or quantity surveying, preferably in construction.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in financial and contractual documents.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in quantity surveying or project management is advantageous.
