Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct thorough supplier validation and due diligence processes to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to resolve contractual discrepancies and optimize procurement workflows.
- Maintain an accurate database of contract documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier performance and contract utilization.
- Assist in the development and refinement of standardized contract templates and enablement processes.
- Participate in periodic audits to verify supplier documentation and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or vendor management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of proficiency in MS Excel and contract management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in legal and financial documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of procurement compliance and risk management principles.
