Responsibility
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements.
- Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms are clear, compliant, and mutually beneficial.
- Monitor and track contract milestones, renewals, and terminations to ensure timely actions and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Facilitate change orders and amendments, ensuring all modifications are properly documented and approved.
- Conduct regular audits of contracts to identify risks, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract administration, legal compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
