Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and multimedia content.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and designers to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and supports lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely publication and consistency across all channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for content innovation and differentiation.
- Optimize content for search engines and user experience, improving organic reach and audience retention.
- Manage content distribution across platforms, including social media, newsletters, and third-party publications.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns, SEO strategies, and measurable results.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing and growing a team, with the ability to inspire creativity and accountability.
