Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the automotive division, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Lead brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
- Oversee customer acquisition and retention programs, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to integrate marketing efforts with business development and customer experience initiatives.
- Manage budget allocation for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective spending while maximizing impact.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, agencies, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Drive digital transformation in marketing, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and performance advertising.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CMO, Marketing Director, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in the automotive industry or a highly regulated sector with complex B2B and B2C dynamics.
- Clear BI (Bank Indonesia) checking with no financial or legal discrepancies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and performance analytics (Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results and innovation.
