Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and market trends in the healthcare sector.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., ROI, engagement rates, market share) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage brand budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spend for maximum impact.
- Oversee content development, including website, social media, and promotional materials, to reflect the brand’s voice and values.
- Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or medical industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, market research platforms).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand aesthetics, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
