Responsibility
- Design and develop interactive and engaging educational content, including e-learning modules, videos, assessments, and instructor guides.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create structured and effective learning experiences.
- Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia to produce high-quality digital content.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and tailor content to meet diverse learner needs.
- Review and revise existing materials to enhance clarity, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in education technology and instructional design to incorporate best practices.
- Work closely with graphic designers, animators, and developers to integrate multimedia elements into learning materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Developer, Instructional Designer, or similar role, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora).
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative learning solutions and user-centered design.
