Responsibility
- Define and document contamination control requirements for complex modules and sub-systems.
- Monitor and audit cleanroom manufacturing processes to ensure strict adherence to cleanliness protocols.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on contamination incidents and implement effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering and production, to integrate cleanliness standards into the product lifecycle.
- Manage the qualification and validation of cleaning procedures and equipment.
- Analyze data trends to proactively identify potential contamination risks before they impact production.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production staff regarding cleanroom best practices and handling techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contamination control, cleanroom operations, or quality engineering within a high-tech manufacturing environment (e.g., Semiconductor, Aerospace, or Medical Device).
- Proficient in cleanroom standards (ISO 14644) and particulate monitoring methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical standards to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation/reporting tools.
- Proven ability to work systematically and maintain focus under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
