Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain advanced People Analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support the administration and communication of Total Rewards and compensation structures.
  • Streamline HR Shared Service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects from initiation through to execution and evaluation.
  • Analyze HR data sets to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure global HR policy alignment and local operational excellence.
  • Manage project documentation, timelines, and reporting to ensure successful delivery of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR Consulting.
  • Strong proficiency in People Analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Deep understanding of Total Rewards principles, compensation benchmarking, and benefits administration.
  • Proven track record in project management with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an orientation towards continuous process improvement.
