Responsibility

- Coordinate and supervise on-site labor, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards or deviations from project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly, including conflicts, delays, or material shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project milestones.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism among all site personnel.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
