Responsibility
- Operate and maintain a fleet of drones for various applications, including aerial surveys, inspections, and data collection.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure drone readiness and compliance with safety protocols.
- Plan and execute drone missions, including flight path programming and real-time monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to analyze drone-captured data and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to local and international drone regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and clearances.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance on drone equipment.
- Train and mentor junior team members on drone operations and safety procedures.
- Document flight logs, maintenance records, and incident reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Drone Operator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of UAV technology.
- Certification in drone piloting (e.g., FAA Part 107 or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in drone flight planning software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements for drone operations.
- Willingness to travel to various sites within Bali as needed.
