Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and capture new construction project opportunities.
- Provide technical engineering consultation to clients, offering solutions that align with project specifications and budget requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, contractors, and stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations, project proposals, and detailed cost estimates.
- Negotiate project contracts and ensure terms are favorable to both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management departments to ensure operational feasibility of sold projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project estimation, and site requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools for pipeline tracking.
- Willingness to travel locally within Cebu and surrounding regions as required for client meetings.
