As a key member of our project oversight team, you will conduct thorough site inspections, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and client specifications. Responsibility
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with approved plans, codes, and regulations.
- Document and report deficiencies, non-compliance issues, and potential risks, proposing actionable solutions to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Perform material and workmanship quality checks, including testing and verification of construction methods.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic evidence, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on all project sites.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors and certifying bodies for audits and approvals.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams on quality control best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ISO 9001, QA/QC) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction inspection, quality control, or project management.
- In-depth knowledge of construction codes, standards (e.g., SNI, ASTM), and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera) and inspection tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced, outdoor environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
