Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on project deliverables and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks, challenges, and solutions.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure all team members comply with local and international standards.
- Resolve on-site conflicts or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in multidisciplinary projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion within budget and schedule.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates already in the region).
