Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project execution with design specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and material requisitions to senior management.
- Resolve on-site conflicts or delays proactively to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
- Manage labor resources, including hiring, training, and supervising construction crews.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel to other project locations.
