Responsibility
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local and international HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all project sites.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and update HSE management systems, including emergency response plans, safety manuals, and training programs.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting to prevent recurrence and improve safety protocols.
- Organize and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE performance metrics, incidents, and compliance documentation.
- Promote a safety-first culture through proactive engagement, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Certification in NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE qualifications is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (e.g., K3, PP 50/2012) and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in HSE software, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
