Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for M&E, infrastructure, and solar projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.
- Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Monitor progress through regular site inspections and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative team culture while driving accountability and results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on M&E or renewable energy.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or solar projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and BIM tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Building).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as needed.
