Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local building codes and permits.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective materials and services.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with budgets exceeding RM 5M (or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local market practices is highly advantageous.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or travel frequently to project sites.
