Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource utilization to maximize project profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
