Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve issues promptly.
- Liaise with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns to maintain strong relationships.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
