Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align construction activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience working in Bali or other international locations is highly desirable.
