Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with deadlines and resource availability.
  • Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct critical path analysis to optimize workflows and minimize bottlenecks.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, Gantt charts, and other visual tools for stakeholders.
  • Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and risk management.
