Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with deadlines and resource availability.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct critical path analysis to optimize workflows and minimize bottlenecks.
- Prepare and present progress reports, Gantt charts, and other visual tools for stakeholders.
- Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project coordination.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and permits is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
