Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations for water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are delivered within budget and schedule.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage technical documentation, site reports, and progress updates for project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with engineering specifications.
- Lead site meetings to address technical challenges and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the water/wastewater or public infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary project teams and external subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP, or WSH-related certifications) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced consultancy environment.
