Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Bali.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and stakeholder updates to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials and services.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among on-site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and experience working in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, or other design tools to review and approve technical drawings.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and travel to project sites as required.
