Are you a detail-oriented billing specialist with expertise in ConnectWise PSA? Goodman Tech BPO OPC is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a contract-based role in beautiful Bali. As a ConnectWise PSA Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for our clients. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams to maintain billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and optimize billing workflows within the ConnectWise platform.
This role offers a competitive salary of ₱80,000 – ₱100,000 per month and the flexibility to work in one of Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

Responsibility
- Manage and process billing cycles using ConnectWise PSA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner, following established billing schedules.
- Review and reconcile billing discrepancies, working with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing transactions, client accounts, and payment statuses.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of billing data into financial reports.
- Provide support to clients and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and disputes.
- Optimize billing processes within ConnectWise PSA to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits related to billing activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist, preferably in a tech or BPO environment.
- Strong proficiency in ConnectWise PSA or similar billing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based role in Bali.
