Responsibility
- Manage the lounge check-in desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist guests with flight information, lounge amenities, and other travel-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other service teams to maintain lounge standards.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor lounge occupancy and ensure compliance with capacity regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins and other operational data.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and security within the lounge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Proficient in using computer systems for check-in and record-keeping.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
