Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, and other connectivity solutions.
- Document all service requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in a structured manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT infrastructure and support processes.
- Educate users on basic troubleshooting and best practices for system maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Computer Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, hardware components, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic server maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Superb communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and nearby areas as needed.
